Development Boards

PHYTEC Technologie Holding AG in Germany is the leading designer and manufacturer of development boards based on 8, 16 and 32 bit microcontrollers. The boards, named Single Board Computers (SBCs) can be used both in developoment and production stages.

For the development phase, PHYTEC offers Rapid Development Kits; each kit includes the basic tools required for a fast and easy development start-up:

• an SBC
• a generic base board on which the SBC is mounted
• a Power Supply
• a serial communications cable
• basic software tools (limited version of a C-compiler, assembler, linker, Rom-Monitor Debugger)

For the production phase, each SBC can be smoothly inserted into an end product, enabling the developpers to concentrate only on their specific application without the hassle and concerns of a microcontroller core module design.

Moreover, PHYTEC's Development Boards provide excelent Reference Designs for easily incorporating PHYTEC's SBCs into final applications.
